Information You Give Us

  • Account details: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and company name if provided
  • Submitted URLs: the pages and backlinks you add to campaigns, plus campaign names and settings
  • Support messages: anything you send us by email or contact form

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, submission counts, and dashboard activity
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps
  • Cookies: small files that keep you signed in and help us understand site usage (see Section 6)

Payment Information

Payments are processed by [Payment Provider, e.g., Stripe / Razorpay / PayPal]. We do not store your full card number. We receive limited details such as the payment status, billing name, and the last four digits of the card.

How Submitted URLs Are Shared

To provide the Service, the URLs you submit are transmitted to search engines, indexing protocols, and discovery services. These URLs are public web addresses by nature.

Do not submit URLs that contain private information, such as personal data, access tokens, or password-protected links in the URL string.

Who We Share Data With

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that host our servers, process payments, send emails, or provide analytics, under contracts that protect your data
  • Indexing channels, which receive the URLs you submit (not your account details)
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public
  • A successor business, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Data Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Submitted URLs and campaign history are kept for 12 months so you can view past reports, unless you delete them sooner. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session, and analytics cookies to understand how the website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the Service may not work without essential cookies.

Data Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and regular security reviews. No online service can be 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your API keys private.

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to:
